Welcome to BluVantage Pool Service. By accessing our website or scheduling our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services

BluVantage Pool Service provides residential and commercial pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, inspection, renovation, equipment upgrades, and related services throughout the United States.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and site evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or non-payment.


2. Service Agreements

Recurring services, including weekly maintenance plans, may require an ongoing service agreement.

By scheduling recurring service, you authorize BluVantage Pool Service to access your property during scheduled service days to perform agreed services.

Service agreements may be modified or canceled with written notice. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific agreement in place.


3. Payments & Billing

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or invoice. For recurring services, customers may authorize automatic billing.

Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of service

  • Additional collection costs

For repairs, equipment installations, or renovation projects, a deposit may be required before scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing.


4. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the pool area during scheduled service visits.

Failure to provide access may result in a missed service fee.

Customers must:

  • Secure pets

  • Unlock gates

  • Provide access to electrical panels or equipment areas when necessary

BluVantage Pool Service is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.


5. Repairs, Equipment & Pre-Existing Conditions

During routine service, we may identify equipment malfunctions, leaks, or safety concerns. Any recommended repairs will be communicated for approval before work is performed.

BluVantage Pool Service is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage

  • Underground plumbing deterioration

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Damage caused by improper chemical levels prior to service

All installed equipment is subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.


6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Service schedules may be adjusted due to severe weather, hazardous conditions, or environmental factors beyond our control.

Excessive debris, storm damage, algae outbreaks, or severely imbalanced water chemistry may require additional charges beyond standard service.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Maintain proper water levels

  • Notify us of known equipment issues

  • Keep pets secured during service visits

  • Inform us of any hazards on the property

  • Maintain safe electrical and plumbing connections

Failure to maintain safe conditions may result in service suspension.


8. Warranty & Workmanship

BluVantage Pool Service provides a limited workmanship warranty on repairs and installations as outlined in the individual service agreement.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Chemical misuse or imbalance

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Unauthorized third-party repairs

  • Acts of nature or environmental damage

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, BluVantage Pool Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BluVantage Pool Service from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Failure to maintain proper water levels

  • Customer negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications to equipment


11. Website Use

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.


13. Changes to These Terms

BluVantage Pool Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
